Cage Fitness is a workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Based on the structure of a championship MMA bout, Cage Fitness removes the contact elements of the training so you won’t get hit or hurt. What you will get is 5 – 5 minute rounds that are focused on endurance, strength, power, and core fitness. The workouts are customizable so you can push the intensity to match your level of fitness and ability. Each 5 minute round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises, a combination that burns fat, builds muscle, and increases metabolism. We take it miles beyond the realm of cardio-kickboxing and you’ll get plenty of encouragement from our high-energy coaches to push your limits at a pace that feels great to you.
People ask us all time if there is a cage in our Cage Fitness class. We just smile and say, come try a class. No, there is no cage. So, why is it called Cage Fitness? It’s as easy as this: some of the fittest, most mentally prepared athletes in the world today train like this to prepare for their cage bouts. Then they go into the Octagon and put their training to the test. You don’t have to face the Octagon. But, please do come in and try a class today to see what it’s all about.
